01. Get your vision

After we decide to become Best Wedding Friends, we schedule the most important meeting of the process, the Launch Meeting. This meeting is the cornerstone of our process and gets our team down to the nuts and bolts of your vision. We’ll discuss things like: Why a brunch wedding is perfect for you? Why a jewel tone color palette really fits? And, why you need the best band in town. Think of this meeting as a transfer of all your wedding thoughts straight from your brain to ours. From there, our team organizes it and gives you the steps needed to curate your dream wedding into reality

02. Get your plan

Now it’s time to fine tune that plan. Event Shoppe Chicago provides each couple with the tools and resources to get them down the aisle and to the party. We create a plan that fits your lifestyle and wedding needs. The best laid plans are nothing without execution, right? We work with you each step of the way to make sure your wedding is a direct reflection of your personality and love story.

03. get your vendors

The vendor selection process is an underrated but an imperative part of your wedding success. Oftentimes wedding planners have a set list of vendors they recommend to all their couples. We work a little differently! Being a social butterfly has finally come in handy. We pride ourselves in working with an array of Chicago wedding professionals. We don’t recommend the same three wedding photographers to every couple. We have already worked with you to figure your photo style, what you want to accomplish and have picked up on your personality. We want to help you find the perfect photographer for your wedding, not the wedding last week. We want to work with you to secure wedding vendors that match your vibe, get your chi and love your aura. Because you only get one wedding, don’t throw away your shot (told you we quote Hamilton!)

04. Get your details

Each package is different but they all come with a focus on details. Details can make or break a wedding and take if from lame to fun and experiential. We work diligently with our couples to ensure the wedding day is scheduled to the second. We become your eyes and ears on the day of the wedding to make sure your vision is executed while you enjoy friends and family. We know exactly what time the welcome cocktail is passed and what moment Ed Sheeran’s Thinking Out Loud should play to start your first dance. Bonus that it’s laid out in a super cute timeline!

05. GET your PARTY

This is the point in the process where you get the wedding you have curated in your heads! We discovered your vision, we laid the perfect plan, we secured the coolest vendors and we have documented every detail. It’s go time! You welcome the morning of your wedding day giddy and nervous only because you can’t wait to see your lover’s expression, not because you aren’t sure how things are going to play out. We got you!
