Venue coordinators manage what happens inside their walls. We manage the entire experience—timeline strategy, design, vendors, and the emotional pacing of your day. Our role is to protect your peace (and your investment) so you can actually enjoy being the main character of your wedding weekend.

4) When should we book a planner?
Ideally 9–12 months before your wedding (earlier for iconic Chicago venues like the Cultural Center or Bridgeport Art Center). We take a limited number of weddings each year for a fully personalized experience—once the calendar’s full, it’s full.
5) How does communication work once we’re booked?
Communication depends on the package level, but in general:
Full Service: monthly strategy meetings, design/work sessions, unlimited email, shared planning portal, and proactive timeline checkpoints.
Partial Planning: milestone check-ins (or every 6–8 weeks), email support during business hours, planning portal, and timeline reviews.
Wedding Coordination: onboarding call 8–12 weeks out, vendor confirmations, timeline workshop, rehearsal coordination, and wedding-week touchpoints.
Regardless of package, you’ll always know what’s next and who’s doing what.
6) How is your pricing structured?
We believe in transparent, experience-aligned pricing. Our Full Service Planning typically ranges 12%–18% of your total wedding investment (with a $15,000 minimum), scaling with the complexity and scope of your celebration. Partial Planning and Wedding Coordination are flat-rate options customized to your needs.
