Thank you SO much for giving us the opportunity to work with you on SUCH an important event. It would be an honor to plan a memorable and joy-filled 50th Birthday Bash surrounded by those you cherish most. Our goal will be to exceed your expectations and create an experience that is stress-free, joyful and tailored around an unforgettable and personalized event experience for you and your guests!

Event Partial Planning: Our Partial Planning Package is your jam if you’ve already booked your dream venue and now just need help putting the rest into place. From expert vendor recommendations and access to sanity-saving Google-based planning process (because binders belong in the 80’s)—to help with vendor management, styling assistance, and more—we’ll help you manage every last logistic and line-item that stands between you and the elevated experiential event of your wildest dreams!

Partial Planning Package
Pre-Event
This package start with immediate contact with your lead planner
Budget Management meeting to help set a realistic budget and guide client expectations on industry cost. This meeting will result in full budget review of the client’s priorities once the venue is selected.
Launch Meeting to set the planning journey once venue is selected
Custom planning checklist to make sure details don’t fall through the crack and set deadlines to ensure task are completed
Monthly 60 minute planning meetings
Unlimited email communication with your lead planner
Personalized vendor recommendations based on the client’s budget and style in each category
Vendor Management which includes finding available vendors that meet the client’s expectations and getting up to 3 proposals in each category for the client’s review.
Vendor contract reviews to make sure the client is getting all the things they expected
Seating chart support
10 (ten) hours of Design Consultation to help the client create a vision for their event
Assistance and recommendation on ordering invitations, favors and hotel bags *assembly an additional cost
Coordinate and created a transportation schedule for the guests
Management of all rental items
Etiquette information
Constructing a detailed event day timeline
Construct an immediate family condensed timeline
Constructing a personalized vendor timeline for each vendor
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the event
Final walkthrough of event space(s)
Access to Event Shoppe Chicago Accessory Inventory (easels, card box, table numbers and more)
Event Day
Up to fourteen (14) hours on-site coverage between your lead coordinator and 1 assistants based on need.
Coordinating and assisting with the organization of the ceremony and reception
Setup of accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
Coordinating with all vendors
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
Assisting the guest of honor as needed
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
Providing an emergency kit
Breakdown and return of all personal items
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
Price = Estimated $6,000

Our planners work together in a collaborative manner. With weekly team meetings, every planner on our team is able to problem solve any challenges or contribute to any celebrations. Our team meetings allow us to join forces so we all contribute to the success of your event day. Your event will be planned by Jennifer, our lead planner.
