Thank you SO much for giving us the opportunity to work with you on SUCH an important event. It would be an honor to plan a memorable and joy-filled wedding weekend surrounded by those you cherish most. We would be honored to assist you in curating a wedding that is a reflection of your love story. Our goal will be to exceed your expectations and create an experience that is stress-free, joyful and tailored around an unforgettable and personalized wedding experience for you and your guests!

I've put together a custom package option for you:

Full Planning: Planning all details for the wedding day itself over the next 8 months while working cohesively alongside the onsite venue coordinator. This package will allow your lead planner to guide you closely on your wedding journey so nothing falls through the cracks. Your planner will also act as a design consultant to make sure your wedding looked is achieved. This package also provides vendor sourcing, contract review, design plan ideas and so much more! You will also see the option to partner together the entire wedding weekend!

Packages

Package: Platinum Planning

We do it all here! We work with you from the start to ensure you know what it takes to get the wedding you want. We attend venue and vendor appointments with you, we assist in nailing down your design aesthetic and sometimes we even help settle a friendly couple’s argument (no extra charge). This is the package for the couple who just doesn’t have the time to curate the wedding of their dreams and who wants a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day or weekend.

Pre-Wedding

This package start with immediate contact with your lead planner

Budget Analysis to help the couple navigate realistic expenses and manage their budget based on their priorities.

Venue Comparison: with 8-10 venues that fit the couple’s criteria.

Budget estimates that breaks down the full budget scope for 5 venues.

Lead planner will attend up 5 venues with the couple.

Budget Management meeting to help set a realistic budget and guide client expectations on industry cost. This meeting will result in full budget review of the couple's priorities once the venue is selected.

Launch Meeting to set the wedding planning journey once venue is selected

Cloud based wedding planning software to replace wedding binders and allow couples to plan from anywhere

Custom wedding planning checklist to make sure details don’t fall through the crack and set deadlines to ensure task are completed

Monthly 60 minute wedding planning meetings

Unlimited email communication with your lead planner

Once a month 30 minute phone calls that can be scheduled at anytime with your lead planner. This ensures that between in person meetings and calls you are connected with your planner though the entire process

Personalized vendor recommendations based on the couples budget and style in each category

Vendor Management which includes finding available vendors that meet the couple’s expectations and getting up to 3 proposals in each category for the couple’s review.

Vendor contract reviews to make sure the couple is getting all the things they expected

Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials.

Wedding design support allowing your planner to create the perfect mood board for your wedding day. Your planner will help navigate the décor space and assist you with sourcing the vendors to create the design. This includes 2 initial concept presented and 3 revision along with vendor connections to execute the vision.

Tracking of guest RSVP’s through Event Shoppe Chicago Planning Portal

Seating chart support

Assistance and recommendation on ordering wedding favors and hotel bags *assembly an additional cost

Hotel Concierge Service: This service will help you find and book hotel blocks for yourselves and your guests

Coordinate and created a transportation schedule for the wedding party and guests

Child care recommendations

Management of all rental items

Etiquette information

Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

Construct a wedding party and immediate family condensed timeline

Constructing a personalized vendor timeline for each vendor

Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

Final walkthrough of ceremony + reception

Access to Event Shoppe Chicago Wedding Accessory Inventory (easels, card box, table numbers and more)

Wedding Day

Up to fourteen (14) hours on-site coverage between your lead coordinator and 2 assistants based on need.

Directing the ceremony processional

Coordinating and assisting with the organization of the ceremony and reception

Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

Providing an emergency kit

Breakdown and return of all personal items

Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

Price $1,000 + 10% = Estimated $10,500


When I was planning our wedding, I chose my venue and caterer first because I thought getting the date fixed was most important, but my biggest regret is not finding and booking Event Shoppe first. There are so many considerations to planning a wedding that I'd never thought of, and I wish I'd had Jennifer and her team from the very start of the process.

Rehearsal Dinner Management: Working inside the couples budget’s, guests list size and needs; your lead planner will provide up to 6 planning hours to help make your rehearsal dinner smooth and easy. Hours include but not limited to rental management, menu selection, stationary, signage, entertainment option, gift bag or favor sourcing. Includes up to 3 hours of event management the day of the event

Post Wedding Brunch : After a long day of “I do” and dancing with friends the last thing a couple should have to worry about is getting up early to make sure brunch is ready to go for their friends and and family. Our most common add on will allow your planner to ensure brunch is ready for your team. Includes 6 planning hours that can cover (but not limited to) menu selection, bringing any items from the wedding day, setup and breakdown, stationary, signage, hangover bags, entertainment options and more. Includes up to 3 hours of event management time the day of the event

Welcome Cocktail Reception: So many things to worry about leading up to the big day, don’t let your welcome reception be one of them. With 6 hours of planning time your lead planner will make sure that your welcome cocktail hour is ready to go for both you and guests. Your planner will ensure all welcome signs, gift bags or treats are prepared for guests Also includes menu selection and setup. Your planner will provide 3 hours of event management time the day of the event.
