Wedding Management: Unable to clone yourself for the big day? This package is for the couple that wants to do the heavy lifting then pass it off to a pro about 3 months out. Our team will step in and finalized the details. Couple get 14 hours on site on the wedding day to oversee the execution of their timeline and details. Don’t leave the dance floor, we will take care of it!

Couldn’t clone yourself? No worries we will take the reigns and manage the day
PRE-WEDDING
This package starts with immediate contact with your development team
Launch Meeting (90 mins) to set the wedding planning journey & ensure wedding details tell your love story
Cloud based wedding planning software to replace wedding binders
Supplying 2-3 vendor recommendations per category saving you hours of Google searches (excludes venue recommendations)
Monthly email contact with lead planner (response time based in wedding date)
One update of planning checklist following your Launch Meeting
One pre-wedding timeline consultation to finalize details 3 months from your wedding day
Manage up to 10 vendors. (More at an additional cost)
Final Venue walk-through of ceremony and reception space
Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline for each vendor
Construction a detailed timeline for wedding party and immediate family
Confirming all details with up to 10 vendors prior to the wedding
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
Wedding Week Details meeting via phone or video
Support catering and/or venue team to develop ceremony + reception diagram
WEDDING DAY
Up to fourteen (14) hours on-site split with your lead coordinator and your assistant using an overlapping schedule
Executing the fully developed timeline
Directing the ceremony processional
Coordinating and assisting vendors with the setup of the ceremony and reception
Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
Providing an emergency kit
Breakdown and return of all personal items
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
